I've had a few requests for this receipe so I thought I'd post it here. Let me know if you decide to give it a try. It's super delicious. My kids go crazy for it. And, to make it even healthier, I use sugar free/fat free pudding mixes, light coolwhip, and fat free cream cheese. It cuts down on the calories and still taste just as great. Really, my family can't tell the difference!
Ingrediants:
1 box graham cracker crust mix (can use pre-made pie crust as well)
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 8oz pack of cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 1/2 cup coolwhip
Milk
I use a 9x13 ungreased cake pan
Make the graham cracker crust according to the box directions. Spread the crust evenly into cake pan.
Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and coolwhip in a bowl until it's really smooth then pour over the crust. *hint: I usually let the cream cheese sit out of the refrigerator for a while so it gets softer before I start.*
Make chocolate pudding according to the receipe for pie filling on the side of the box and pour over cream cheese layer on pie
Make vanilla pudding, again using receipe for pie filling on the side of the box and pour over the chocolate layer on pie.
That's it! You've got a very tasty pie.
